The City of Armadale is committed to maintaining a healthy, safe and sustainable community for everyone, and is seeking input from the community to develop its’ second Public Health Plan. Share your thoughts and you could win a:
- $250 fuel voucher,

The Public Health Act 2016 requires all local governments to develop a local Public Health Plan. A Public Health Plan outlines actions to improve community health and wellbeing.
Local governments contribute to community health and wellbeing in many ways such as maintaining walking and cycling paths, managing health programs, and, ensuring safe food is provided.
This survey aims to provide better quality information to determine what the community’s health and wellbeing concerns and issues are. Information received will support the City’s Public Health Plan, where actions that support and/or address health and wellbeing issues will be prioritised.
Consultation for the Public Health Plan will run from the 01/10/20 – 30/11/20. This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
