Feel the heat with LES MILLS Shapes, a powerful fusion of Pilates, sculpt and power yoga designed to strengthen, tone and energise.

We’re excited to introduce a new timeslot starting Friday, 13 February at 9:10am. This low-impact but high-intensity workout is set to music and delivers serious results while being kind on the joints.

Bring your yoga mat, invite a friend, and enjoy a relaxed outdoor session designed to get you moving and feeling good. A great way to connect with the community while enjoying fresh air and gentle movement.

No bookings required. 

Treat the kids to an exciting morning of song and dance, party games, art and crafts and get creative with fancy dress. Bring along some yummy party food to share with the group for morning tea. Drop the kids off with peace of mind that they will be cared for in a clean and safe environment.

Don’t delay in completing a registration before the event as numbers are strictly limited. Register your interest at the creche reception.

Unleash your competitive spirit and join our monthly Health Club challenge to push yourself that extra bit and smash your fitness goals!

Ensure you’re current and confident in aquatic supervision with the Swim Instructor Rescue Award delivered by Royal Life Saving Society WA.

This course equips Swim Teachers with their Aquatic Rescue Award and the knowledge and skills to perform CPR in line with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

Participants will learn how to safely supervise students during swimming lessons in pools or other controlled aquatic environments, recognise emergency situations, and carry out basic aquatic rescues.

Become a qualified swim teacher with this 2 day Swim Teacher Course delivered by Royal Life Saving Society WA.

This nationally recognised course equips participants with the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to plan and teach swimming and water safety programs. It’s ideal for those looking to start or further a career in the aquatic industry.

Royal Life Saving Society WA, in partnership with the Department of Training and Workforce Development, is offering a 4 day Swimming and Water Safety Teacher course, with fee-free places available for eligible participants.

This course provides the skills, knowledge and qualifications required to plan and teach swimming and water safety programs in pools and other controlled aquatic environments. It’s an excellent pathway into the aquatic industry or a great way to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
