Introducing Les Mills SHAPES to AFAC. The workout that blends the best of Pilates, barre and power training into one full-body, feel-good session is here.
It’s low-impact, high-energy, and designed to leave you strong, long, and ready for anything. Suitable for everyone!

Bookings open on Envibe 23 hours in before class. Casuals are more than welcome and these bookings open at reception 3 hours prior to class.
Monthly Creche Party
Treat the kids to an exciting morning of song and dance, party games, art and crafts and get creative with fancy dress. Bring along some yummy party food to share with the group for morning tea. Drop the kids off with peace of mind that they will be cared for in a clean and safe environment.
Don’t delay in completing a registration before the event as numbers are strictly limited. Register your interest at the creche reception.

Unleash your competitive spirit and join our monthly Health Club challenge to push yourself that extra bit and smash your fitness goals!
Challenges are exclusive to members only and details are available each month on the Technogym App or through the Technogym kiosks in the Health Club. Speak to our friendly Gym Instructors if you need a hand getting started and we'll also keep you updated via our Facebook Page!
Swim Teacher by Royal Life Saving - 2 Day
Our Swim Teacher by Royal Life Saving course equips students with the skills, knowledge, and qualifications to plan, deliver and assess swimming and water safety programs. We used our expertise as a fully accredited RTO in developing this course to incorporate modern training methods with a mix of online, classroom and practical hours to cater for all types of learners.
Dates: 29 - 30 November 2025 (2 days)

Pool Lifeguard Licence Renewal
Pool Lifeguard Awards are valid for one year from the date of your assessment.
Pool Lifeguards require a high degree of judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness in both day-to-day guarding and the stress of an emergency. Regular training helps sustain the lifeguard’s confidence and ability to prevent accidents and respond competently when they occur.
