Ladies of Armadale, let's have some fun whilst getting fit with the new season of ladies netball commencing on Monday 20th July at the Armadale Arena. The social netball competition will run every Monday evening with games played between 6pm to 9pm. The competition is run by Seville Dragons.

Royal Life Saving Society WA is holding a cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course that will develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the lifesaving techniques of CPR on an adult and an infant.

VacSwim offers affordable swimming lessons across the state, giving children the opportunity to learn to swim in a safe and enjoyable environment. The program is run by the Department of Education. Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre will be a host centre.

Pool Lifeguard Awards are valid for one year from the date of your assessment. A Pool Lifeguard requires a high degree of judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness in both day to day guarding and the stress of an emergency. Regular update training helps sustain the lifeguard's confidence and ability to prevents accidents and respond competently when they occur.
