Will I be able to suspend my membership?

You can suspend your membership for up to eight weeks free of charge, per 12 month period. Forms will be available at Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre and a minimum of five working days’ notice is required.

Will my membership be renewed yearly or does it continue until cancelled.

Memberships will continue until cancelled by the member or the City of Armadale. 28 days notice will be required before cancellation can occur, and cancellation requests will be dealt with in person at Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre.

Is there a joining fee?

Not for Foundation Memberships but there will be a $49 one off fee for any new memberships starting after Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre opens.

How do I update my billing/personal details?

Please come into the Centre and speak to our Membership Team.

Who do I contact if there is a Direct Debit issue?

Refer questions to our Membership or Customer Service team at the Armadale Arena and they will forward your query to the relevant team member. Alternatively, please email info@armadale.wa.gov.au.

Will the Foundation Membership price change when fees and charges are reviewed?

Foundation Membership prices are only available during the pre-sale period (until 11 March). Foundation Membership prices are subject to change at the City of Armadale Council’s discretion, however it’s expected that Foundation Memberships will always remain at a cheaper rate than normal ongoing membership prices as long as the membership is current and member payments are up to date.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No, we are glad to advise that all of our memberships are no-lock in contracts.

Can I have a discount on my membership?

For valid concession card holders, absolutely! We will be providing a concession rate of 20% for valid card holders – Aged, full time student, service, disability, widow B, sole parent, seniors, and health care cards.
