Make fitness extra fun by exercising with others! Always motivating and welcoming, our Group Fitness Studio offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels.

We run over 100 group fitness classes and small group training sessions per week that cater for all fitness levels in an environment that’s bound to motivate and inspire you. We also have a dedicated Cycle Studio (with the option for Virtual classes!) and a range of Aqua Fitness classes.

So whether you’re looking to tone and build muscle, stretch and increase flexibility, increase your cardiovascular endurance and stamina, or simply socialise and have fun, we’ve got a group fitness class for you!

*Please bring along a full-sized towel, water bottle and suitable clothing and footwear. You will need an exercise mat for mind & body classes.

Please note that late entry to any class is not permitted - please arrive early to all classes to help guarantee your entry and participation. Classes are regularly reviewed and are subject to change at any time.

Active30 A functional small group training session, combining strength, cardio, coordination and endurance, using state-of-the-art equipment. *16 years and above
AquaDeep Held in our 50m pool. A great cardiovascular workout using a buoyancy belt in deep water.
AquaEnergy Held in our indoor 25m pool, this is a high energy workout class designed for all fitness levels to help improve cardiovascular fitness and stamina.
AquaFit Held in our 25m pool. A low impact, cardio workout using a variety of equipment where participants can control the intensity dependent on their fitness level.
AquaHiit Held in our 50m outside pool, this is a high intensity workout focusing on interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness fast!
AquaStrength Held in our indoor 25m pool, this low intensity class uses a variety of equipment for a total body workout, designed to improve strength and core stability.
AquaZumba Perfect For those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic dance class to their fitness routine.
BodyStep This is a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.
Bodybalance A mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.
Bodycombat Punch and kick your way to fitness. This empowering, martial arts inspired workout is non-contact and based on disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai.
Bodypump The original Les Mills barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body using weights and a Les Mills Smart Bar.

BodypumpHeavy A strength-training class focused on heavy lifting, using slower movements, heavier weights, and longer rest periods. Challenging and energizing, this is strength-training made fun, with iconic music and addictive energy. *16 years and above
ClubFiesta A fun, dance-inpired workout with great music to get your whole body moving! Suitable for all levels, you’ll dance, box, squat, crunch and sing in this class – who said workouts couldn’t be fun?
Clubbercise Held in the dark and using glow sticks as fun props, improve your fitness with easy to follow dance, combat and cardio moves to to club anthems from the 90's to today. This is a family friendly class suitable for all ages.
*12-15yr olds need to be accompanied by an adult.
LesMills Shapes Les Mills Shapes is a low-impact, full-body, strength-based workout class that blends the principles of Pilates, Barre, and Power Yoga, set to modern music.
LimitlessTeens Build strength, boost confidence, and have fun while staying active! Weekday classes are strength-based, focusing on safe lifting techniques. Saturday workshops instruct important exercise fundamentals. 12-15 years. Limitless Teens membership required.

V.Core A a 30 or 45min class focusing on strengthening the core muscles for balance and stability.
V.Grit A 30 minute HIIT class with Strength, Cardio and Athletic options
V.Sprint In this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, you’ll work as hard as possible in short, intense bursts; then recover during rest periods that prepare you for the next effort. This will take your training to the next level!
V.TheTrip Take a journey through bright, colourful, and fun digitally-created worlds in this fully immersive workout experience suitable for all fitness levels.
Yoga Wind down and work on your flexibility and strength. Focus on your breathing and mental awareness while working through postures to keep you calm and centred.
Yogalates This class is a restorative combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to help manage pain and prevent injuries. Finishing with a calm meditation at the end, this is a complete wellbeing class.
Zumba Zumba classes take the ‘work’ out of workout, by mixing low and high intensity moves for a fun, calorie-burning dance fitness party! It’s a total body workout combining all elements of fitness, but most importantly it’s super fun!
ZumbaGold Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
