Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre will reopen on Saturday 6 June and we’re excited to welcome you back. Things will look and feel a little different to start off with, so we thank you for your patience as we navigate this next phase together. If you are unwell or vulnerable, we ask that you continue to stay safe and access our virtual services from the comfort of your home, although we’d love to see you, the safety, health and wellbeing of our community is our priority.
We’ve put together a handy list of recommended and prohibited items to help you plan your day out at Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre.
- Appropriate bathers and swimwear - Denim, t-shirts, underwear and street clothing are not appropriate
- Sunscreen and a hat
- Swimming cap
- Aqua nappy if required
If you forget, we do sell sunscreens, towels, goggles, caps and aqua nappies at reception.
- Knives (only plastic knives permitted)
- Ceramic items
We reserve the right to check all esky/cooler bags upon entry.
Outdoor Barbeques and Shelters
Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre's barbeques and outdoor shelters can not be booked. These free of charge facilities are available on a first come, first served basis.
Watch Around Water
Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre is a Watch Around Water facility. Make sure you view our policies relating to the supervision of children around water.

Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre is easily accessible by public transport. We are located just a 12 minute walk from Sherwood Train Station, which runs along the Armadale train line.
