Terms and Conditions

General Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the 3-day trial pass, individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • Must not be a current member of the Centre.
    • Must not have held any membership with the Centre in the past 12 months.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Access and Restrictions

  • The trial provides full access to the Centre’s facilities for 3 consecutive days. Excludes family aquatic & Swim School.
    • Access begins from the time of activation at reception.
  • Trial must be activated within 28 days of initial enquiry, and expires 3 days from date of activation.
    • Any outstanding debts must be paid prior to activation.
    • Completion of the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening System (APSS) is required at the time of activation.

Additional Terms

  • Suitable identification is required to be presented in order to activate the trial period membership. Persons who are unable to provide suitable identification will be unable to access the trial period.
    • The trial pass is non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.
  • Only one (1) trial pass will be issued per person within a 12 month period
    • Trial participants must adhere to the Centre’s Terms and Conditions of Entry.
  • The Centre reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time for breach of the Centre’s Terms and Conditions of Entry, or these terms of the 3-Day Trial.

Personal Responsibility, Limitation of Liability and Release

  • Trial participants acknowledge that any activities or exercises undertaken while within the Centre or its surrounds (including the use of any Centre services, facilities, or equipment) are done at their own risk (including risk of death, personal injury, or damage to property).
    • Participants agree not to hold the City of Armadale (or its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, or representatives) liable for any personal injury, death, or related losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Centre, except where such loss is caused by the negligence of the City.
