Updating Personal Details and Bank Account Information

Step 1

Access the online membership portal: https://envibe.armadale.wa.gov.au/

Step 2

Log in with your email address and password.

Step 3

The Dashboard will now appear.

Step 4

Click on Personal Details.

You will now see your contact details appear plus three buttons at the bottom with further options.

Step 6

To change the bank account or credit card that your membership direct debit comes from, click on either Update bank account or Update credit card button.

Step 7

A window will now open for you to put in your new bank account or credit card information. Enter your new account details, then select Update to complete request.

Step 8

Change personal details - you can also update your personal details by clicking on the Edit my details button e.g. address, contact phone number or Emergency contact information.
