Monthly Health Club Challenge
Staying motivated and committed to your fitness journey can be challenging. Sometimes a bit of friendly competition can be just what you need to shake up your fitness routine. Unleash your competitive spirit and join our monthly Health Club challenge to push yourself that extra bit and smash your fitness goals!
Challenges are exclusive to members only and details are available each month on the MyWellness app or through the Technogym kiosks in the Health Club. Speak to our friendly Gym Instructors if you need a hand getting started and we'll also keep you updated via our Facebook Page!
Monthly Creche Party
Treat the kids to an exciting morning of song and dance, party games, art and crafts and get creative with fancy dress. Bring along some yummy party food to share with the group for morning tea. Drop the kids off with peace of mind that they will be cared for in a clean and safe environment.
Don’t delay in completing a registration before the event as numbers are strictly limited. Register your interest at the creche reception.

Yoga in the Park

Breathe in the fresh air and embrace tranquility with Yoga in the Park this November. Join us for rejuvenating outdoor yoga sessions set amidst the beauty of nature.

Worldwide Aquathon
Love working out in the water? Love being outside? Then Aquathon is for you!
Join us for a special 3-hour Aquathon, showcasing a mix of exercises from our AFAC Aqua classes. Whether you stay for one session or all four, you'll enjoy a fun and energising workout. Plus, we'll be celebrating with Aqua fitness enthusiasts worldwide on the same day!
Sessions run from 8:00am to 11:00am, with all instructors decked out in red, white, and blue. Wear your Aussie colors and join the fun!

Pool Lifeguard Licence Renewal
Pool Lifeguard Awards are valid for one year from the date of your assessment.
Pool Lifeguards require a high degree of judgment, knowledge, skill and fitness in both day-to-day guarding and the stress of an emergency. Regular update training helps sustain the lifeguard’s confidence and ability to prevent accidents and respond competently when they occur.

Pool Lifeguard (2 day)
Australian Lifeguards are world-renowned for their high levels of skill and knowledge in accident prevention and rescue response.
This course will provide participants with skills and knowledge in accident prevention, resuscitation, scanning and aquatic supervision, communications, and water rescues.
NOTE: Students must have completed the unit HLTAID011 Provide first aid prior to enrolling in this course. Your statement of attainment must be supplied on enrolment. If you do not hold the unit HLTAID011 Provide first aid, you must enrol in the 4-day Pool Lifeguard program or complete the unit before enrolling in this 2-day option.

Aqua Exercise Instructor Course (2 Day)
Get started today and become a qualified Aqua Exercise Instructor! All instructors who certify will have a job for life! It’s one of the main programs that will always need instructors, no matter where in the world you are.
