Due to the uncertainty around the state lockdown, all membership payments were suspended between 1 – 5 February. Your membership payments will fall into one of two categories.
If you paid your membership before the closure, your next debit will be less a pro rata amount to reflect the 5 day closure. I.e. you won’t be charged for the days that we were closed, so your next payment will be less than usual.
If you were due to pay your membership between 1- 5 February (during the closure), your payment may have come out on Monday, 8 February. This payment will be less than usual to account for the 5 day closure. Your future payments will revert back to your original payment schedule and amount from 15 February onwards.
If you wish to discuss your debit payments please email info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
Please email info@armadale.wa.gov.au where our team can discuss suspension options.
We’re sorry to see you go; however, please email info@armadale.wa.gov.au.
As per government requirements, we have a COVID Safe Plan to ensure that we have the correct measures and mitigations in place at our facilities. Our staff have all completed mandatory hygiene training, additional cleaning measures have been implemented across the facility and hand sanitisers are readily available. Masks will no longer be required from Sunday, 14 February.
The centre was deep cleaned during lockdown.
To help maintain social distancing, you’ll notice floor markers have been placed around the centre to assist you in following these measures. Please be kind and courteous of your fellow members and staff.
To comply with contract tracing restrictions, visitors are reminded to scan into group fitness, gym and aquatics areas by using their membership band or fob. Casual entry will be required to provide contact details to reception upon purchase of an entry pass. The SafeWA QR code will also be available around the facility to scan in.
Yes, toilet facilities, lockers and change rooms are open. Our staff have all completed mandatory hygiene training and additional cleaning measures have been implemented across the facility. Hand sanitisers are in multiple areas throughout the facility and we ask that everyone make use of these.
Swim School memberships pay fortnightly in advance for two lessons (e.g. $15 per lesson x 2 = $30). Swim School members who paid their membership on 25th January will be debited again on Monday 8th. You will receive a credit in arrears for the week 1 – 7 February. Therefore if your payment is $30 and it is due on Monday 8th, your new payment will be $15. When you are debited again on 22 February, you will receive a credit of $15 in arrears for the closure during 8 – 14 February.
If your debit was due to fall on 1 February, your payment for this period has been cancelled, and you will be charged as normal on 15 February.
We’d be sad to see you go as a Swim School member. Please email info@armadale.wa.gov.au if you wish to cancel your membership.
